*Art Dolls for Sale*

My friend Jill, is having to part with her collection of Art Dolls to raise funds towards her husbands upcoming Kidney Transplant.  She doesn't have access to a camera, and doesn't have any online social networks, so I am helping her to show what she has to offer.

Since this is time sensitive, it seemed most appropriate to highlight each doll she has available, and the link to the sold doll for image reference.

~ Helloooooo ~

So, I seem to have gotten into a 2 month posting habit.  That's not cool.  I must say, Blogger drives me bonkers, with all it's reoccurring faults, and errors, so I have finally made the leap to Wordpress.  This will be my last post here.

I have also been spending most of my waking hours working on doll clothes, and furniture.  For the time being, I won't be working on any new art dolls.  It's also a fairwell to the Art Dolls Only Team, where the decision was made to close it's doors yesterday.  I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of participation, as were some other active members, amongst other things, so although I will miss ADO, I think it was time to say goodbye. (edit ~ I stand corrected. The ADO as it was has closed it's doors, but a new one is being set up - so if you are interested in re-joining, visit Patricia of Papilion Bleu)

Her new owner named her Abbey, which is sweet, since she is my last!

My obsession continues to grow over ball jointed dolls, and Blythe.  I am learning more about face-ups, and clothing patterns and hair re-rooting and carving.  It's fun.

I am in the midst of customising dolls.  Peri here, was my first...

Oh My Gosh! two months & a *new shop*

Two entire months without a post - I don't believe it!  where has time gone...is there anyone out there?
I have had a good time... my parents came to visit from England, and I didn't want them to leave, I've made a few art dolls, and lot's of clothes for Blythe....

My husband could use some practice with the camera (at least he got more than just our feet in this one ) *snigger*

I have had a fun and frustrating time making clothes patterns for Blythe... unfortunately I have thrown more away than actually created.  The learning process is a tough one, but life would be boring if everything was a breeze.

I also have a new doll... she is a resin BJD Lati Green Senny ~ she is super cute, and the first of many more BJD's I am positive!

She was owned by my friend Lisa Marie who named  her Winter Lilee. She arrived a couple of days ago, with her bunny!

I made her a little outfit ~

Toblerone found a not-so-great place to sit and view the new addition.
